ORDERING

Seasonal items are avialble to ship at different times. Generally, Fall/Winter items start to ship in August. Spring/Summer items start to ship in January. PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Credit card payment is required on first time orders from new customers. Credit card information not on file, should be provided at the time of order. Credit cards are automatically charged the same day as shipment and customers receive an email notification. In the event a credit card is declined, three attempts will be made to contact customers, after which, orders will be automatically cancelled and stock released. Call-Before-Charge requests must be resolved within 7 days to avoid cancellations. Customers with established accounts may request credit terms by completing a credit application. Poor credit conditions, or recurring issues with timely payments, can result in denial or withdrawal of credit terms at any time. 

 

DELIVERY

Customers can select a ship date up to 6 months from the time of order. Unless specifically indicated at time of order, a shipping window of 30 days is automatically applied to orders. You can cancel an order at any time. Orders cancelled within 30 days of the starting ship date are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

SHIPPING/HANDLING

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Within the continental United States, standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 3-7 business days. USPS Priority shipping is used for Alaska and Hawaii residents. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Delivery to residential addresses may incur an additional surcharge. COD orders are subject to an additional $20 handling fee. Unless indicated at time of order, partial shipments are standard. In-stock items are sent no earlier than your designated ship date. Due to indigenous conditions, some production and delivery delays may occur. Seasonal items that are “Not Yet In” (NYI) will be sent as soon as stock arrives. Items temporarily out of stock are backordered. Customers are invoiced and charged for shipped items only. Orders received prior to 12:00pm PST, are available for same day shipping for an additional $5 Rush Handling Fee. All orders are subject to a $1.50 Processing/Handling fee.

BACK ORDERS

Items that are temporarily out of stock may show on your invoice as “backordered.” Backorders remain open for 45 days. Backordered items are shipped immediately upon receipt, at Asian Eye expense. Customers are automatically charged or billed the same day as shipping. You can cancel a backorder at no charge, within this 45-day period, by contacting Asian Eye directly at contactus@asianeye.com or 360.299.0504. 

 

RETURNS

If an item does not meet your expectations, contact our Customer Service Department at 360.299.0504 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions. Upon receipt, a credit will be issued to your account. Returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee at Asian Eye discretion. All requests must be made within 30 days of invoice. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
